We are implementing a new Appointment Policy for orientation and onboarding of new members. * No walk-ins will be allowed. * New members may call or email to make an appointment.
The goal is to better manage the inflow of new members at closing. Many times, toward the end of the week when we have multiple closings coming in from multiple title companies, we are unable to process everyone.
We also don’t want to burden you with additional paperwork for Alto transactions, but we would like you to distribute the attached letter and form to the new member before or at closing. Most likely they are asking how they can get their member number at that point anyway. This will do the work for you.
