Let’s take a look at Listings ….. This is your inventory – you will be able to see your listings via your keyboxes and be able to perform a variety of different functions.
To view your listings and inventory of your keyboxes, click on the LISTINGS tab.
If you have assigned a Keybox to a listing ID#, you will then see the MLS listing ID, Keybox Serial number and the address assigned to that particular listing.
If you did not assign the Keybox to the listing ID, youwill only see the Keybox serial number. This could be a keybox that is not currently assigned to a listing, maybe sitting at your house or you have it on a listing, but forgot to assign it to an MLS ID#.
To see the inventory of the Keyboxes assigned to your SupraWEB account, click on Keyboxes in the Quick Links Menu.
So let’s say you are putting a new keybox on a listing, you can go into your Keybox Management and add it.
To add a Keybox manually:
1. Under Actions, click on Add Keyboxes
2. Enter Keybox serial number
3. Enter shackle code for Keybox
4. If you have the MLS ID, enter it. Or, leave the field blank if removing from a listing.
5. Click on Add Keybox
*Don’t forget that this can also be done right from your eKEY when you place the Keybox onto your listing.
To customize the listing information, click on Listing Details.
To change the MLS ID, click on Change MLS#
To change the address, click on Edit address
Note: If you click on the address, it will take you to Google maps

You have the option to create up to 10 customized feedback questions.
These feedback questions will show in addition to the regular questions that Supra has formatted.
You can also add a photo of the listing.
