Did you know that Supra lockboxes are crowbar and bullet proof, but not sledgehammer proof!
If you have a lockbox that has malfunctioned on a property or has a battery life of five percent or less, you may bring it into the RLCAR office for replacement.
If a lockbox has malfunctioned on property, you may use any means necessary to remove it, including cutting the shackle with bolt cutters (bolt cutters can be borrowed from RLCAR).
We do not mind if you have to bring us the lockbox in pieces. As long as the lockbox number on the side of the device is legible, we are happy to exchange it for you.
PLEASE NOTE: Because we have no means of opening a box to retrieve key(s), we strongly recommend that you have a spare key(s) of the listing on hand, as we must return faulty lockboxes to Supra.
If a lockbox is stolen off a property you must file a police report and submit it to RLCAR as soon as possible.
Stolen lockboxes, with a filed and submitted police report, will not be subject to the $99 fee + shipping for replacement so long as a police report is submitted to RLCAR within 30 days of a lockbox being reported as stolen.
If a police report is not submitted to RLCAR within the specified time frame, the authorized user agrees to compensate RLCAR in the amount of $99 per stolen lock box +shipping.
