Major Medical Special Enrollment Period
Federal ACA Exchanges have reopened with a Major Medical Special Enrollment Period (SEP). This SEP runs February 15 through May 15, 2021, and allows individuals and families in states with Marketplaces served by the HealthCare.gov platform to enroll in 2021 health insurance coverage. It is available to all Marketplace-eligible consumers who live in states that use the Federal Exchanges and are submitting a new application or updating an existing application.
