NEW! Co-Listing MLS Rule
At the May MLS Committee meeting the committee recommended to the Board of Directors the adoption of a rule that applies to Co-Listings. The Board approved this recommendation at their meeting earlier this week and the rule will go into effect in 30 days.
Co-Listings. If a Participant wishes to co-list a property, the party with whom the property is co-listed must be a licensed real estate broker in the state of NM. Only the sign of the RLCAR MLS Participant may be placed on the listed property. The Participant Broker (QB) shall be responsible for supervision of the transaction and the conduct of the licensed real estate broker with who the property is co-listed.
Please contact the RLCAR office if you have any questions.
