The New Mexico Real Estate Commission (Commission) Rules listed below are now formally proposed for amendments, and public comments are now welcome. The comment period will last from September 15, 2020 until the adjournment of a Commission Special Meeting and Rule Hearing scheduled for Tuesday, October 20, 2020. Notice of Special Meeting and Rule Hearing: This includes information on the proposed amendments to the rules that the commission will be considering for adoption.
You may watch the meeting via Zoom, you must pre-register. The Greater Albuquerque association will be proctoring the meeting and will send a list of attendees to the commission for CE credit.
