This course will provide a higher level of broker understanding of NM guidelines in everyday practice, allowing them to align more closely with Broker Duties, as well as understanding New Mexico laws / rules and higher level practices regarding brokerage and client disclosure of adverse material defects and better practices for the inspection process and avoiding negative referrals.
