REALTOR® Party Mobile Alerts

Want to be the first to know when a Call-for-Action arises? Then sign up for NAR’s REALTOR® Party Mobile
Alerts by texting “REALTORS” to 30644 for National alerts and "NM REALTORS" to 30644 for State issues.  NAR has found that issuing CFAs via text alerts is a more convenient and effective method of securing member participation rather than the REALTOR® Party Mobile App. On average, Mobile Text Alerts have a 98 percent open rate and 40 percent of users “take action”. If you’ve been a user of the app in the past, you are not automatically enrolled to receive Mobile Text Alerts.

How to Respond to Calls for Action

On occasion, NAR and NMAR asks REALTORS® to contact their legislators to support or oppose proposed bills through Calls for Action. It is so easy to respond, just follow the link included in the mobile alert or email.  Simply fill in your name and contact information and hit submit.  It's as easy as that!

Support the REALTOR® Action Fund

One of the most important services organized real estate provides is representation in the halls of government.  REALTOR® Action Fund (RAF)  raises money to advance the goals of our REALTOR® political action committees (RPACs) at the local, state, and federal levels of government.  RAF supports and/or opposes candidates for elected office who understand, or don't understand, REALTOR®  Issues.  Support RAF today!

Join the REALTOR® Broker Involvement Program

The Broker Involvement Program (BIP) is open to broker-owners or managing brokers.  It provides the broker with a quick and effective tool to rally agents by delivering a clear and united message to congressional leaders on important issues that affect the real estate industry.

Any time a Call-for-Action (CFA) is released, NAR will alert the broker via email. The CFA is then automatically delivered to the broker’s agents using the broker’s name and logo in the message. There is no added responsibility required on the broker’s part, other than initial enrollment to the program. Nothing needs to be downloaded and there is no cost to the broker.

Involvement is important because online participation reports demonstrate that response rates on broker Calls-for-Action are significantly higher, guaranteeing proven results. Last year, nearly half of all CFA responses were from agents in the BIP. Simply put, agents are more inclined to participate in a CFA when the message is received from their broker.

Joining the BIP is fast and easy. Simply click here to complete and submit the required webform. The broker will then receive a confirmation email from NAR staff containing follow-up instructions.
