How do I register?

Register online through our event calendar or contact the RLCAR office at (575) 257-4750. Registration for most classes closes two days before the course date, although late registrations may be accepted at the discretion of the Association Executive.

How do I know if a class is full?

If a class reaches capacity, you can join the waiting list. As seats become available, registrants are contacted in the order they joined the waitlist.

What if I can't attend?

Accepted Answer

If you need to cancel, please notify RLCAR at least 24 hours before the class begins by phone or email. Timely cancellations qualify for a full refund if you've already paid. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or failing to attend without notice, may result in a no-show fee. If you're unable to attend, you may also substitute another person to attend in your place.

Are CE certificates emailed?

Yes, for online classes. CE certificates are emailed after you successfully complete the course, meet attendance requirements, and satisfy any course requirements. For in-person classes, certificates are generally distributed at the end of the class. If you need another copy of your certificate, contact the RLCAR office and we'll be happy to assist.

Can I receive CE credit if I'm late?

Accepted Answer

To receive CE credit, you must meet New Mexico Real Estate Commission attendance requirements. Students who arrive more than 10 minutes late per hour of instruction or miss more than the allowed attendance time may attend the class but will not receive CE credit.
