Incomplete, pending, cancelled, or unpaid applications do not qualify

Duplicate referrals will be reviewed by staff

RLCAR reserves the right to verify eligibility and program compliance

Pilot program terms may be modified or discontinued at Board discretion
Tax Information
Referral incentives may be reportable income. Members are responsible for any applicable tax obligations. RLCAR may issue tax reporting forms as required by law.
FAQ
Who can participate?
Current RLCAR REALTOR® and Affiliate Members in good standing.

Can I refer more than one business?
Yes. There are no limits.
​
What if two members refer the same business?
Only one referral incentive will be awarded per new Affiliate membership.
​
Can I claim a referral after they already applied?
No.
​
When do I get paid?
Monthly after dues are received and membership is finalized.
​
Do reinstated affiliates count?
A referred Affiliate qualifies only if they have not held Affiliate Membership in the current or immediately prior membership year.

How do I know if my referral joined?
Staff will notify qualifying referrers.
