This class will discuss the NM real estate commissions rules for Property Managers for back reconciliations. It will cover NM rec rules, monthly work flow, what’s needed to do them and completing reconciliations. This class will review a small and real reconciliation. This class is both for brokers supervising the reconciliation process as well as stall and or persons performing them.
