About the Event

The purpose of this course is to familiarize the New Mexico Real Estate Broker with the type of surveys available in New Mexico and their impact on insuring the title in New Mexico. It will review (briefly) the New Mexico Association of REALTORS Purchase Agreement. It will also detail the survey coverages available on policies of title insurance in New Mexico. Finally, it will allow the New Mexico Real Estate Broker to review first-hand typical New Mexico surveys.
