Course Description: This class will discuss both working with real estate Investors and/or becoming a real estate Investor. It will cover why people invest in real estate, "who make good investors", qualifications of investors, residential property details, evaluations, expectations and the team needed. We will also discuss selection of properties and some case studies. The focus will be on homes and small multi plex's for investments.
Learning Objectives: Attendees of this class will learn the basics of investing in residential real estate. Including why to invest, who makes a good investor, property types, modeled costs, property evaluations, the team needed for success and setting expectations.
